Dear Customer:

Hello!

We hereby inform you that we will adjust the prices of some products from May 1, 2026.

The price adjustment stems from the global market raw materials, parts and various supply costs continue to rise. Although we have tried our best to mitigate the impact through measures such as large-scale procurement, optimizing supply channels, improving operational efficiency and bearing some of the growth costs, we have not been able to fully offset the cumulative pressure from rising external costs.

In order to ensure that we can continue to provide a stable supply of products, maintain high quality and compliance standards, and guarantee long-term investment in manufacturing, service and innovation, this price adjustment is imperative. This move reflects the current broad market situation and is in line with the overall trend of the industry.

Price adjustment implementation points:

All orders placed on or after May 1, 2026 will be executed at the new prices.

Orders placed between now and April 30, 2026 will still be executed at current prices (only for orders delivered within 90 days from the date of order).

Pending orders that require delivery before July 31 will not be repriced.

Pending orders that require delivery after July 31 will be repriced at the new price.

According to the relevant agreement and notice period, the business lines involved in this price adjustment are: gas detection (Gas Detection) and measurement and control (Measurement & Control).

All pricing remains subject to existing agreements, notification requirements and company standard terms. This letter does not modify or amend any existing contractual rights or obligations.

Thank you for your understanding and support in the current market environment.
